- You don’t like where you work.
- In the job you have, your boss doesn’t treat you well.
- You dread Mondays more at this job than any other in your life.
- You are a social person but your job isn’t. Or, you are anĀ introvert, but your job forces you to work closely with people.
- You’re stuck. Your job changes or has changed your personality in a negative way.
5 Reasons Not to Get a New Job
- You’re happy where you are. Since most people in the world are not happy with their jobs, why leave one you like?
- Your boss is good to you. You leave work at the end of the day with no unnecessary pressure, political games or other negativity that could ruin personal time.
- You like the kind of work you do and look forward to Mondays. Or, you don’t detest Mondays.
- You fit your role. If you are a social person, you do social work. If you are an introvert, you get a lot of quiet time to work.
- You can grow and learn with this work.
