These days it is important to be aware of real job postings and those that have been posted over and over. How can you separate employers who want to hire ASAP? Do some research on the Internet to see how long the position, or similar positions have been open. More than 2-3 months can be quite long. Also, it can’t hurt to draw boundaries on interview time, and to ask more info about hiring date and other specifics.
